We’ll be using this site for teacher-to-student communication as well as student-to-student communication. My goal is to do at least one blog post per week. Generally I will post on Monday, and you have until Friday to complete the weekly blog by leaving a comment. It will be YOUR responsibility to check the blog on a regular basis. On days I'm out, daily work will be posted on the blog.
Before we get started we’ll have to set some ground rules.First of all, all postings to this site must use school appropriate language. When you post, write in complete sentences. Key your first initial and last name at the end of your post so I know who posted it (all posts are worth points and I won't accept late posts). When commenting on another student’s post, keep your comments non-personal. You can agree or disagree with a comment but refrain from sarcasm and/or put-downs. State your position on the issue at hand and why you feel that way.

1. Respond to the following using the comment link bottom right of this post. Ask if you don't see it. Who did you have for Online A? What did you like about the class? What didn't you like about the class? Tell me a little about yourself. Include information on your family, friends and things you enjoy doing. Due today :)
2. In your Delicious Account - create a link to this blog. Enter the appropriate tags for your link.
3. On the student-teacher drive in the "write" folder you will find an excel spreadsheet with class list, when it's your turn, post your email address and personal blog address (create one if you don't have a personal blog - see me if you need help). Be sure to get the complete URL and wait your turn.
For Online A I had Ms.Mccormick. What ui liked about the class was that she gave us plenty of time to finish our work. What i didnt like about the class was that she wouldnt accomidate for us when we would have a snow day or sick day and we dont have time to finish our projects. I am a 3 sport athlete and i love to hang out with friends mainly at sporting events. I am the oldest of two my brother is in 7th grade and he is also very athletic. My mom and dad are divorsed my mom is a hair stylist and my dad is the master tech at the tireman in monroe.
ReplyDeleteFor Online A I had Mr. Titus. I liked how he was relaxed and wasnt so strict. I didn't like how he made us do so many power points. I play soccer and like to hang out with friends. My dad works as an engineer in Pittsburgh and my mom works at a eye doctor place.
ReplyDelete1. I had Mrs. Mccormick. I didnt like the class because i was always sooooo tired. I liked the class because it gave me something to do. My brother is currently in training for the army. My mom is currently in school for nurseing. My sisters are in 2nd and 7th grade. And what i like to do is hangout with my friends all the time.

ReplyDeleteFor online A i had You!! I liked being on the computer and igoogle but i HATED some of the assignments they were kind of boring. I have a large family. 9 Kids total! I love green and purple and i have a few different pets! im pretty mellow and i love math im a bit of a nerd. There is a book of Sudoku in my purse :P!

ReplyDeleteFor Online Experience A I had Mrs. Fowler. One thing I liked about that class was the class work was simple and she gave us a lot of time to complete the work. One thing I disliked about that class was presenting powerpoints in front of the class.

I had Mrs. Lang for Online A. I liked the time that she gave our class to finsh the work. I didn't like the tests or quizzes. I am on the freshman baseball team and I have sister in seventh grade at the the junior high. My dad is a cop and my mom works at the UT hospital.

ReplyDeleteOnline A I had your class and it wasn't too bad. I liked that we got to do the zoo power point.There was a lot of work though. I am 15 and I like hanging out with friends and being with my family but most of my time is spent at church and I'm in a fine arts group there. I love my family my mom is a stay at home mom and my dad works at a paper company thing also I'm pretty close to my brother he's 26 but works constantly, then there is my sister who's 24 and has 3 kids two of them are twins their names are Aubrey Lynn and Abigail Rose they both are 11 months old and then there is Kylie Jo she's 3. Having tested out of Online A, I had no previous teacher. But I can say some things sbout myself. I am the youngest of 3, my brother is an air traffic controller and my sister is a biomedical laboratory diagnostics technician. I generally enjoy work over a computer, but find that typing can become boring. I play trumpet in the bands and extra-curricular groups.

For Online A I had Ms. Fowler. What I liked about her class was that the assignments were usually easy, and I had enough time to finish the assignments. What I did not like about the class was that I could not play games and some assignments were hard to understand at first. My teacher for online A was Mrs Fowler. The thing i liked about the class is that Mrs Fowler was very nice and the class was pretty easy. I diddnt like that i recieved a penalty hall from Mrs Fowler. I didn't like how we had to present infront of the class alot. I play volleyball,softball and i like to hangout with my friends! My mom works for Ford at the Deerborn and truck plant, and my dad works for neapco. My brother is cerintly studying business at Monroe Comunity College.

My name is danielle hafner and i love playing softball. Its the only sport that I play, and i am playing for the JV team for the school. I have one older brother that is 17. For online A i had Mr. Titus and i liked that we got all our work done in class. I didnt like how i had to do a presentation in class. In my family i have 2 older brothers Mike and Kris, Mike is 31 and Kris is 20 who is in the army. I live with my mom and dad. My dad is an electrician and my mom is a waitress. I have 7 animals, 2 black labs, 1 chihuahua, 1 tree frog, some fish, and a scorpion. I love them all a lot. My best friend is Gabrielle Corathers but she goes to whiteford. ReplyDeleteFor my online A class i had McCormick, I liked this class because i get to learn new things about computers, and how to be safe while using them. I didn't like the class becuase my teacher would send back a thanks in an email but still give me a zero in the project.
